The delivery courier delivers the e-commerce order to the locker
The courier attempts a package delivery to a recipient and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful
The package can be redirected to a locker access point notifying the recipient of the locker location and pickup instructions
The recipient collects the package and successful pickup notifications are sent
The e-commerce partner generates a prepaid shipping label for a return
The customer prepares to ship the package and looks for the closest locker access point
The customer places the package inside of a Vivipost locker and system notifications are sent to the logistic company to retrieve the package
A user can use Vivipost Lockers to send packages to another locker or an address
The user generates prepaid label from an authorized logistic carrier
User approaches the nearest locker and scans the shipping label and places the package inside of a locker

- Register in VIVIPOST to access the control panel of all the package transaction history.
- View collection access codes and proof of delivery.
- Users can download the mobile application to open the locker from their device.

If you are visiting the property for the first time after installation, then you can check with the building adminstration on where the lockers are located. The same thing applies for a new driver to the area and or property. Site maps can be made available as well.
When a carrier makes a delivery, they can specify that a signature is required. When a resident picks up the package, they will need to sign for the package on the screen before the locker opens.
Deliver the package as if the lockers are not available.
After you have completed your first deposit, select Deliver Another Package function and it will return you to the parcel locker selection screen.
Close the door of the wrong compartment then select Change Compartment Size function from screen.
Press the Re-open button on the screen. If the initial deposit has been completed, perform a second deposit. The tenant will receive another delivery notification.
Your package will be treated as it would without a locker system and not the responsibility of VIVIPOST. Please advise building administration and VIVIPOST so that more lockers may be added.
