  • VIVIPOST will have a period of no more than 20 business days from the date the request for the exercise of ARCO rights was received to communicate the determination adopted to the applicant.
  • In the case of the determination adopted by VIVIPOST being obtained, the resolution must be effective within a maximum term of 15 days from the day following the date on which the response was communicated to the applicant. The terms indicated in this point may be extended once and for an equal period as long as VIVIPOST justifies the circumstances of the expansion.
